Summer is in full swing down here in Aus, and as my favourite time of the year it’s also happens to be my favourite kind of wardrobe. When it comes to jewellery, I like to keep my accessories simple, hassle free and most of all, ocean friendly.

Introducing the Sunvow X No Shoes No Worries collab piece: The Voyager Necklace

As a gold lovin’ gal, it’s no secret I love a sun-kissed look, so when Sydney from Sunvow jewellery suggested we work on a piece together I was immediately on board with a ton of ideas. Having shot her beautiful pieces a few years ago in the Mentawais, I remembered never taking off one of her signature styles:the Atlas necklace. A herringbone chain featuring a stunning rainbow moonstone on the clasp. Not only did it add a touch of sparkle in the surf, but it also served as a beautiful reminder of those lazy, sun-drenched days spent by the water.

Spoilt for choice

There are so many options to choose from when it comes to Sydney’s beautiful designs. Unsurprisingly, my favourite being the Voyager necklace . We took the bold, elegant design of the Atlas and added a dainty Moonstone charm to the aquamarine clasp. There are actually two versions of this design, one as an ode to my love of the Pacific (the rainbow moonstone) and the other for the Atlantic, Sydney’s home (the blue topaz gem version).

Sydney is nature loving beach gal with an affinity towards the soulful things in life. We instantly connected and were on the same page when it came to shooting our collab piece.

Shot with the lovely Madi Browne — the wild, untamed and deep hues of our backdrop set the tone for these ethereal pieces that speak for themselves.
