When you align with what you love … the good things come.

GOOD VIBES attract GOOD VIBES.

Heard these before? I know I have. Yet, somehow they ring a little more true this time.

I’ve been reading a lot of feel-good books lately. The kind that help you shift your perspective and reinforce what you already know to be true: Following what sets your soul on fire and sparks lightning bolts in your heart feels SO.DAMN.GOOD.

And these books all have one thing in common : Being in alignment.

Ever had a string on things happen to you where every thing just beautifully fell into place? That’s called Alignment. And it’s easy to get into, you can do it.
It’s as simple as finding a little bit of joy in your every day. You being happy about all the good stuff happening = raising your frequency to attract more good things. Simple law of attraction, aka manifesting.

Granted, this doesn’t happen everyday all day, but I can definitely say it starts and ends with YOU and your MINDSET.

Which is why I’ll leave these here so you can go hit the bookstores with a little more spring in your step. Below 5 of my favourite reads this year that shifted a few things for me in a totally good way.

5 feel Good Books for positive living:

The Universe Has Your Back, by Gabrielle Bernstein

From speaking on Oprah to stages across the world, this girl knows what’s up. Gabrielle is a best selling author and a bit of an authority when it comes to positive mindset. This book came to me recommended by a friend and was a huge game changer.

You Already Know, Helen Jacobs

A super interesting read on trusting in your intuition and leaning a little more into the fact that you already know what’s good for you. In your life and the decisions you make in your relationship and career, all the answers are available and they are already in you. This book gave me a lot more confidence to trust in my gut feeling.

Big Magic, Elizabeth Gilbert

I’ve talked about this book before and I will rave about it again. Liz Gilbert’s Big Magic is what gave me the confidence to call myself a writer, to show up on this blog, and to write to all of you about it. Pure, Big, Shiny Magic.

Daily Mantras to Ignite your Purpose , Lisa Messenger

Not a day goes by where I don’t get asked about this book, and here it is! You may have seen the pages pop up on my instagram stories every morning. That’s because it’s really inspirational and filled with little daily quips that keep you motivated and excited to start the day! Lisa Messenger nailed this one on the head, yet again.

Super Attractor, Gabrielle Bernstein

Another Gabby Berstein gold mine I am currently reading. Filled to the brim with insightful perspective of how we’re conditioned to live our lives, and how everything is just a matter of mindset. Currently reading this, so far, super good !
